Private Placement Programs

This is generally for high net worth clients, but in some cases we are able to combine several clients and pool the finances for the necessary minimum investment. These programs can range from as little as $1 million USD to $100 million. What is important here is the due diligence. Compliance is very heavy for any of these programs. Remember the client cannot just sign up - he must be invited by the platform to be part of the program.
